Personal Safety Coaching

The CB&B Personal Safety Coaching Course is a one stop solution for instructors who wish to have a well-rounded base, not limited to one discipline. CB&B Personal Safety Coaches, are much more than basic instructors.  They are highly trained and well versed in multiple disciplines, and capable of instructing basic, intermediate and select advanced courses. Course disciplines include:

10.   Defensive Rifle

11.   Defensive Shotgun

12.   PDW Defense Course

13.   Key Defense and Pepper Spray Instructor Course

14.   Aerosol Projected Chemicals Instructor Course (APC)

17.   Unarmed Close Quarters Combat Course (CQC)

 

The following courses are required for Personal Safety Coach certification –1. Primary Instructor Development, 2. Use of Force Legal Commentary, 3. Medical First Aid, 4. Trauma Kit Course, plus any 3 firearms courses and any 3 less lethal courses.

Advanced Personal Safety Coach Certification requires completion of courses 1-14.

Master Personal Safety Coach Certification requires completion of courses 1-17

 

12 Legions

Utilizing world class instructors, cutting edge training methods and first-class gear, our course is arguably the most effective and viable training available anywhere. Employing Laser simulators, realistic blank firing guns, and non-lethal training ammunition—usually reserved for training specialized police and military units— the 12 Legions course is specifically designed to offer a higher degree of proficiency to those protecting houses of worship. From the concealed carrying parishioner, to the safety team member, to Law Enforcement, the 12 legions Courses give an unparalleled level of advanced training that meshes with perfectly with ministry.  Courses and requisites are as follows:

12 Legions Instructor Course is similar in nature to our Personal Coaching Course in that it offers a multi discipline approach to training team members and individuals in the specific needs related to houses of worship. Required courses are as follows.

  1. Primary Instructor Development Course (PIDC)
  2. U.O.F. Legal Commentary Course
  3. Biblical Views on Self Protection
  4. Basic Pistol Instructor Course
  5. Key Defense and Pepper Spray Instructor Course
  6. Aerosol Projected Chemicals Instructor Course (APC)
  7. Knife Defense and Personal Protection Instructor Course
  8. Simunitions/Non-Lethal Training Ammunition Instructor Course (Force on Force)
  9. Acute Angle Protective Shooting Instructor Course (Inert, Simunition, and Live are required)
  10. Counter Active Shooter Instructor Course
  11. Medical First Aid Course
  12. Trauma First Aid Kits
  13. Unarmed Close Quarters Combat Course (CQC)

12 Legions Team Member Certification is conducted by a 12 Legions instructor. The course is conducted over a minimum of 16 hours and must include

  1. Use of force legal commentary
  2. Biblical views on Self Protection
  3. Acute Angle Protective Shooting
  4. Countering the active shooter
  5. Trauma Kits

12 Legions Concealed Carry Course should be a required course in any crowded venue that allows for individual concealed firearms carry. The fact is, no concealed weapons permit course, adequately addresses the advanced training needed to intervene in a violent encounter; except for this one. The requisite is 8 hours minimum and must entail the following:

  1. Biblical and Legal Commentary
  2. Acute Angle Protective Shooting (inert phase)
  3. Trauma Kits
